A few simple rules so you never get banned.

What not to do

• Installing Botify on your personal PC — Botify runs only on a dedicated VPS, never on your personal computer. This is the number 1 cause of accidental bans.
• Modifying / cracking the app, disabling its protections, or analysing it while it runs (debugging, network interception, etc.).
• Bypassing the limits of your plan, extending an obsolete binary, or sharing your Botify account.

Consequences

Account suspension with no refund + blacklisting of the machine (reinstalling on it becomes impossible).

Contesting a false positive

Rare, but possible (heuristic antivirus, ambiguous third-party software):

1. Official Discord → #support ticket.
2. Describe precisely what you were doing (software open, last action).
3. Attach the %APPDATA%\Botify\debug\worker_*.log log from that moment.

Reply within 24–72 h. The more precise you are, the faster it goes.
